Train Insane had a great opportunity to run a workout for the Alpha Phi sorority last weekend. We had a great turnout, and we just want to thank all of the girls that came out. We hope to see you all soon, and hope that you have a GREAT summer. For everyone else, what are you waitin for? If you want to be ready for summer you gotta get out here and experience this for yourself. Hope to see you all very soon.
